The job is roughly 30-40 hours per week. Our schedule is Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm, as we cater mostly office lunches. However there are some days where there will be earlier breakfast or later dinner orders. Some flexibility is required. Occasionally there are weekend orders.
Pay is dependent on experience. Compensation starts at $16/hour and includes overtime, paid sick leave and health benefits.

You would report directly to the Sous Chef.
Complete all food prep tasks as directed by the sous chef / executive chef. This includes a lot of knife work.
Dishwashing and clean up
Wash, dry, and put away all dishes
Sweep and take out the trash
Catering execution and teamwork
Work with the Sous Chef and Catering Manager to oversee all catering to ensure timely execution
Maintain catering timeline
Kitchen safety and cleanliness
Adhere to food safety standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Sweep and sanitize all surfaces
Cool all product and stock appropriately. Date and label all product.
Minimum 1 years in the food industry
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
Must be able to work on your feet at least eight hours a day
Must be eligible to work in the United States
